You see, it is like this. There are plenty of vacation places where “ALL INCLUSIVE” resorts make a lot of sense. It is hard not to be impressed with those magical words like “All you can drink” or “Eat anything and everything you want” from numerous different restaurants in the resort. As truthful as these statements may be, the truth of the matter is that in Cabo, you MAY truly be missing one of the highlights of your trip. Here’s why.
First of all, unless you sell your first born to be able to pay for the top of the line all inclusive resorts, you won’t get much “top of the line.” Don’t get me wrong, most of the resorts are quite impressive, their swimming facilities wonderful, etc., but that is usually where it stops. The drinks may be plentiful, but you most certainly won’t get top shelf liquors. The restaurants are the same way, and let me tell you, if you only eat at the restaurants at the resort you resorted to staying at in Cabo, you may really have made a mistake. Take it from one who knows, the restaurants in Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo, are nothing short of gratifyingly excellent. To take a vacation down to the tip of Baja and not eat at any of the top rated restaurants, you have just shot yourself in the foot! In Cabo, fine dining has moved from the exception to the norm…be smart my friends! Restaurant reviews are up and coming, from the absolute top of the line places where you may have to carry a briefcase full of money, to some of the most inexpensive places, where you will wonder how they can feed you so well for almost nothing, and have it be absolutely delicious…
