The impact of the G20 Summit coming in June, cannot be emphasized enough for a number of reasons. The lives of those living in Los Cabos are being sadly restricted as the necessary security measures are being enforced, hopefully with discretion and tact. For those living in Los Cabos, get your shopping in early in certain areas as traffic and police stops are forever increasing. Batten down the hatches or go for a walk on the beach once the event begins to unfold!
The long term ramifications, however, following a peaceful summit are enormous for Los Cabos. Make no bones about it. This summit will put our towns in the spotlight of the world and this will give us a wonderful opportunity to show viewers just how beautiful and peaceful our region really is. We wish all concerned with the organization well and we look forward to reaping the benefits of the summit in the years to come.
